When I'm feeling a little low or bad about myself, or I start to question my self-worth and think too much about my life, I try to shake myself out of those feelings by reading inspiring quotes and affirmations.

How lucky am I to have a sister who鈥檚 gifted me with a spa day! I鈥檝e been saving the voucher for one of those days when I feel like I鈥檝e accomplished a lot, but also in serious need of a good recharge to fuel me for even more work. This seemed like a good day for it.

Turning 21

I just turned 21 a few weeks ago. In the听couple of weeks leading up to it, I kept forgetting it was coming up, seriously just went right over my head. I can鈥檛 tell if it was my subconscious trying to block out the fact that I鈥檓 getting older, that its time to be an adult, be more responsible, that soon my parents will kick me out.听Or that life is so fleeting, passing by so, so quickly like how dare she!... Seriously what鈥檚 the deal?!听I鈥檝e realized recently that I haven鈥檛 been making the most of my life. A lot of you may feel the same way, so what can we do to feel like we're actually living?听Writing it down in this blog has actually helped me to self reflect, to realise that I actually have done a lot and have a lot going for myself. These are the things I鈥檓 most excited about doing in the near and far future! From getting fit to spending less time on my phone, traveling, and more! Think of this as an unfortunately "realistic" bucket list, since we can't really go anywhere at the moment.
