The ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog will be closed for business on Friday 18 DecemberÌý2020 through to Sunday 10 January 2021, and will reopen in the New Year on MondayÌý11ÌýJanuary 2021.

First Closedown Period (in accordance with Schedule 8 of the Enterprise Agreement)

Friday 18 December 2020 to Thursday 24 December 2020 inclusive.

Purchased leave will apply during this closedown period. Continuing and fixed term staff who are exempt from the purchased leave arrangement must resolve other leave arrangements to apply for the closedown period – refer to the Information Sheet. For staff required to work on one or more day that falls on 18-24 December 2020, the Executive Dean/Divisional Head will approve alternative leave dates. Public Holidays and Annual Leave Days (Christmas closedown period)

Professional Staff required to work on public holidays during the close-down period will need to submit anÌýOvertime and Additional hours (Professional Staff)ÌýÌýclaim form for work undertaken on these days.Ìý Staff who are required to provide essential ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog services on ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog Days may arrange alternative days in lieu. Staff who are required to work on the Annual Leave days above,Ìýwill need to cancel this through.
