Enterprise Agreement
An enterprise agreement is an agreement made between an employer and its staff that sets out the terms and conditions of employment.
The ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2023 - 2025 will commence operation on the 19th of July 2023 and has a nominal expiry date of the 30th of June 2025. It will remain in force until it is replaced.Ìý
In the event of a merger between the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of Adelaide and the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of South ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog, the Enterprise Agreement will continue to apply to staff members of the new entity who were previously employed by ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of Adelaide (transferring staff members), until it is replaced by a new agreement.
