Things we don't have to do

Sometimes we forget that we don't actually have to do what everyone else is doing just because it's normal, or because it's been ingrained into our brains as a social norm since we were babies. To apologise for something, or to follow trends because social media said so, or hide your true self in fear of being judged. It's good for you!聽Here's a list of things, we really don't have to do all the time.聽

Lessons from My Octopus Teacher

To be honest, I only heard about this documentary through friends who were posting about how wonderful it was over social media. The title really piqued my interest, but it also made me wonder why so many of my friends were raving about an octopus documentary. I know that many of my friends are divers and marine ecologists, like myself, but would there be a lot to learn from an octopus?
