Park 12 Grandstand
Redevelopment of the historic Park 12 Grandstand has modernised facilities and supports the thousands of users of Park 10 and 12.
This project aligned with the Adelaide Park Lands Management Strategy 2015-2025, which guides AU Sport and the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of Adelaide in how to support the current and anticipated use of Parks 10 and 12.
The original 1910 facilities have been transformed to ensure their continuing relevance and functionality, while maintaining the historical elements and heritage of the Grandstand.

Features
- Creation of all-gender change facilities that are accessible, inclusive, and appropriate for all users.
- Significant improvements to the quality of both the home and away team change rooms.
- Original wooden lockers reused as a feature wall and honor board reinstated. Â
- Additional storage and clothes hooks throughout.
- External access to the First Aid room.
- Dedicated change rooms and bathrooms for umpires.
- A new cleaner’s room with external access.
- Sensor lighting throughout.
- New louvered windows for improved ventilation.
