Barr Smith Library level 3
Under-utilised space near the Barr Smith Library main entrance has been refurbished to support students with learning needs and neurodiversity. Â
This project was instigated by the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of Adelaide Disability, Illness and Divergence Association (DIDA) and designed in consultation with Disability Support.Â

Features
- A comfortable space (Access Room) for neurodiverse students to take time out and recharge.
- Relocated, updated, and increased capacity of the existing Adaptive Technology Room with technology and furniture that supports the learning of visually and audio impaired students, and others with special needs.
- A consolidated Book Return with room for Ask Library staff and volunteers.Â
