Get creative at "The Feelings Wall"

How are you feeling text with illustrated faces displaying range of emotions

Drop by this pop-up and sketch a quick self-portrait.

Taking 5 minutes to check in with yourself and transfer it onto paper is a great way of connecting with how you feel. Noticing how you feel is one step towards taking action to look after your mental well-being. For example, if you're feeling stressed, it might lead you to take a break.

So, tell us how you feel by putting your expression to paper and leaving it on the 'Feelings Wall'. All emotions are beautiful and valid and we're here to celebrate their full spectrum!

Volunteers will be on hand with paper prints and coloured pens. You might even feel like joining a quick Mario grandprix happening right next to you!
