Join for a free yoga session. Yoga and meditation is about you and they encourage you to take it at your own pace. Everyone is at different levels of strength and flexibility and the instructor will give you alternative options for difficult poses.

There are many benefits of practising yoga that are supported by published researchers. Give it a go and see how yoga incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.

An zoom link will be sent to you prior to the session. You will need a quiet space and a floor mat for this session.
