September 2024 Graduation Ceremony schedule

The provisional schedule for the September 2024 Graduation Ceremonies can be found below; cut off for applying for this ceremony round was midnight, 28 July 2024, please be aware, no late applications can be accepted.Ìý
Note that this schedule is subject to change. Graduates should refer to theÌýCeremony Attendance Confirmation LetterÌýthat will be issued inÌýÌýon Wednesday 7 August for confirmation of the ceremony date and time.ÌýWe do not recommend booking flights or accommodation until after the ceremony details have been confirmed in this letter.

Please note that for graduates receiving more than one award (i.e., a double degree), you will receive both of these at the same ceremony. The Graduations Office will assign you to attend the ceremony for the award considered to be the highest. Please refer to theÌýCeremony Attendance Confirmation LetterÌýfor confirmation of the assigned ceremony.

In Absentia September 2024

In Absentia testamurs will be available for collection or post approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the final in person ceremony. It is expected that In Absentia testamurs will be released by early October 2024.

If you have applied to receive your testamur In Absentia, you will be notified via email once it is ready for collection or has been posted.


May 2025 Graduation Ceremonies

The May 2025 Graduation Ceremonies are provisionally scheduled to be held in Bonython Hall between Monday 5 May to Friday 16 May 2025.

The ceremony schedule will be published on this website by late February 2025.
