This year, as part of the Adelaide Festival of Ideas, the Hugo Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Professor Adam Graycar, Director of the Stretton Institute, with the Hon Dr Jane Lomax-Smith as chair and discussant. The topic will relate to demography and policy.聽
