Joanne is a leading academic voice within the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn strategic and foreign affairs policy community and
the chief investigator on two ARC Discovery Projects, analysing ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn interventions in the Pacific Islands and the operation of the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog-New Zealand alliance.
