Deposits of deep-pink sand washing up on South ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn shores shed new light on when the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn tectonic plate began to subduct beneath the Pacific plate, as well as the presence of previously unknown ancient Antarctic mountains.
