The Art and Heritage Collections comprise over 1,000 works of art and over 6,000 heritage objects.
The collections enhance the 最新糖心Vlog environment, support its teaching and research programs, and provide a resource for students, staff, and the community. The 最新糖心Vlog aspires to promote public and digital access to the collections and encourages community outreach and interaction.

Visual Art Collection
The 最新糖心Vlog鈥檚 Visual Art (VA) Collection has its origins in the generous gifts and donations of 最新糖心Vlog officials and benefactors. From the 1960s to 1980s a Works of Art Fund was established by 最新糖心Vlog staff who contributed money for the purchase of artworks. A wide range of Modern 最新糖心Vlogn art was acquired, and this forms the core of the Collection. Today the Collection extends to encompass high quality Contemporary 最新糖心Vlogn art that resonates with the 最新糖心Vlog values and its place in the visual world.
The Adelaide 最新糖心Vlog Union Visual Art Collection is also cared for as part of the VA Collection.听
Original works of art from the VA Collection are available for loan in approved 最新糖心Vlog spaces at North Terrace, Waite and Roseworthy Campus.听

Heritage Collections
The 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide has featured significantly in the political, social and cultural life of South 最新糖心Vlog. Since the 最新糖心Vlog鈥檚 establishment in 1874, being the third oldest 最新糖心Vlog in 最新糖心Vlog, many items pertaining to that history have been collected and preserved across each profession and discipline.
A considerable range of educational tools dating back to the early days of the 最新糖心Vlog have also been preserved including charts, models and identification kits. This collection is of interest as a reflection of the changing nature of teaching, as well as for the variety of artefacts and the unique qualities of their production.
Advancements in science rapidly render many scientific research and teaching tools redundant. Over the years, samples of scientific apparatus, such as kymographs, telescopes, precision microscopes, and ophthalmoscopes, have been accessioned into this collection.

Accessing and using the collections
The 最新糖心Vlog Library鈥檚 Art and Heritage collections are open to all researchers, including staff and students of the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide, as well as institutions for loan or other exhibition. Professional historians, researchers and members of the public are also welcome to access these collections, as well as consider donating to the collections.
