As our cityscape lights up, we are proud to open LUMEN Bar in collaboration with the National Wine Centre, nestled in the heart of Illuminate Adelaide's City Lights.

Welcome to LUMEN Bar, the ultimate winter retreat. Prepare to be transported as LUMEN Bar is transformed into a 60's inspiredÌýJapanese Jazz Kissa featuring a lineup of vinyl DJs every night, a Japanese inspired menu, and exemplary wines from alumni winemakers.

LUMEN Bar is open to the public, providing a cozy sanctuary amongst the sea of light installations making up ’s ever popular free City Lights program. As part of this program, Bonython Hall will play host to the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn premier of by Japanese artist Shohei Fujimoto as thousands of lasers create fluid, ever changing ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog, both high-tech and magical.

      Nightly from 4:30pm til 10:30pm LUMEN Bar will hostÌý16 vinyl selectors who were chosen to share the music that moves them most.Ìý

      These music selectors were chosen based on taste, pedigree and culture. These are passionate people who have dedicated their lives to music: DJs, performers, producers, beatmakers, radio hosts, label bosses, record store owners, promoters, and community builders.

      Our selectors put the music first, in a world that calls for branding, blatant self-promotion, and people pleasing. They get the power of music. The way it moves, connects people, and enriches our lives.

      Our selectors will share the music they love every single night of LUMEN Bar, with their passion and commitment on display playing vinyl-only, in full colour, on a system that will really bring the music to life.
