Staff are invited to attend the ‘One Humanity-Charity Concert’ which aims to raise funds for the victims affected by the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. Performances will include staff and students from the Elder Conservatorium of Music. Operatic tenor and Elder Con graduate Robert MacFarlane, fresh from his acclaimed role in Wagner’s Ring Cycle, and Stephen Whittington (piano) will perform contemporary settings of the poetry of the great Persian poet Hafez.
