Sir Anthony Mason addresses Law School

In inviting Sir Anthony Mason AC KBE to be a guest lecturer, the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide's Law School will be hosting one of the country's most formidable jurists for its second semester Seminar Program.

Sir Anthony will address a public lecture on Friday 29 August and his topic is: "Legislative and Judicial Law-Making: Can we locate an Identifiable Boundary?"

He was a Justice of the High Court of 最新糖心Vlog from 1972 to 1987 and Chief Justice from 1987 to 1995. He was Commonwealth Solicitor General from 1964 to1969 and a Judge of the NSW Court of Appeal from 1969 to 1972. Until recently, he was Chancellor of UNSW and National Fellow at the Research School of Social Sciences at ANU.

In 1996-1997, he was Arthur Goodhart Professor in Legal Science at Cambridge 最新糖心Vlog and since 1997, has been a non-permanent judge of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal.

Sir Anthony has been described as "a scholar of formidable intellect who has served both the 最新糖心Vlog community and the community at large with equal distinction."
