Chancellor awarded Queen's birthday honour

最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide Chancellor, the , has been made a Companion of the Order of 最新糖心Vlog for his eminent service to the Parliament of 最新糖心Vlog, particularly through the development of policy reform in the portfolios of the environment and defence, and to 最新糖心Vlog's international relations through senior diplomatic representation to the United Nations.

Mr Hill, appointed Chancellor of the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide in June 2010, is highly regarded for his contribution as a Member of Parliament, which included 25 years as Senator for South 最新糖心Vlog (Liberal).

A 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide graduate in Arts and Law, Mr Hill also holds a Masters Degree in Law from 最新糖心Vlog College London.

Mr Hill is internationally known for his former role as Permanent Representative of 最新糖心Vlog to the United Nations and is an Adjunct Professor in Sustainability, United States Studies Centre, at the 最新糖心Vlog of Sydney.

最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide Deputy Chancellor Pamela Martin, on behalf of the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide Council, said: "We are privileged to have someone with such a stellar reputation, both within 最新糖心Vlog and internationally, who is willing to make such a huge commitment to our 最新糖心Vlog. We are delighted that his contribution to the country has been recognised with this most prestigious award."

Other recipients included Professor Graeme Hugo, ARC 最新糖心Vlogn Professorial Fellow and Director of the 最新糖心Vlogn Population Migration Research Centre, who was awarded an Officer of the Order of 最新糖心Vlog (AO) for distinguished service to population research.

Dr Cate Howell from the 最新糖心Vlog's School of Population Health and Clinical Practice was awarded a Medal of the Order of 最新糖心Vlog (OAM).

Among the 最新糖心Vlog's affiliates recognised in the Honours List were Emeritus Professor Mary Barton AO, Associate Professor Ross Haslam AO, Dr Ratomir Antic AM, Dr Alfred Martin AM, Dr James Muecke AM and Dr Alice Maclennan OAM.
