Around 300 staff and students from the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide are expected to take part in today (Wednesday 14 October).

The 最新糖心Vlog, with assistance from the , is hosting a breakfast at its North Terrace Campus at 8.00am, providing an opportunity for riders from across Adelaide to gather and show their support for riding to work.

"By taking part in National Ride To Work Day, the 最新糖心Vlog is doing its part to raise the profile of the health and environmental benefits of riding bicycles," says , Vice President (Services and Resources).

"For some people, this will be the first time they have thought about riding to work. From past experience, it's a great event. It brings people together and gives them an opportunity to understand the positive impact of cycling on individuals, the 最新糖心Vlog and the community."

Mr Duldig - who is among those for today's event - says riding to work is one way of helping the 最新糖心Vlog reduce its carbon footprint.

"We're pleased to be supporting the aims of National Ride To Work Day, which align with the 最新糖心Vlog's own goals of encouraging alternative means of transport."

To help staff and students prepare for the ride, the 最新糖心Vlog worked with to hold a series of bike maintenance workshops.

"While it's important for us to encourage people to ride to the 最新糖心Vlog, we also want to make sure that people understand how they can get their bicycles 'ride ready'. These workshops have been particularly useful for first-time riders or people who have not ridden a bike for many years."
