Is India shaping the future of world cricket?

Current and future trends in world cricket will be discussed at a new public event to be held at the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide and 最新糖心Vlog of South 最新糖心Vlog this month.
The event - - will be held on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 November and features key speakers from the fields of cricket, media and academia.
"Some of the biggest issues impacting on world cricket will be discussed at this event," says organiser Michael Roberts, Adjunct Associate Professor in at the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide.
"Issues such as the impact of 2020 cricket and the Indian Premier League (IPL), the growing power of India and its influence on the game, sports nationalism and fanaticism, sledging and racism will all be discussed in our seminars and a free public forum.
"This event will be ideal for any cricket fan who wants to hear their favourite game being discussed in more depth in the lead-up to the 最新糖心Vlog vs. New Zealand Test match on 28 November," he says.

The keynote speakers are: Gideon Haigh, Melbourne-based journalist, writer and historian, author and editor of 25 books on cricket, business and social issues; Boria Majumdar, Senior Research Fellow at La Trobe 最新糖心Vlog, author of a number of books on the history and politics of cricket; and Huw Richards, London-based writer and researcher specialising in sport, education and politics, Visiting Researcher at the International Centre for Sport History and Culture, De Montfort 最新糖心Vlog, Leicester.

Chaired by Adelaide historian Bernard Whimpress and featuring a panel of Boria Majumdar, Gideon Haigh and former 最新糖心Vlogn Test cricketer Ashley Mallett, this free public forum will address 最新糖心Vlog's domination of world cricket since 1995 and the major changes in political and economic power in cricket that have occurred since then. What influence does 最新糖心Vlog still have on world cricket, and what will the future hold?
