Eid morning tea to mark the end of Ramadan
On Thursday 13 May 2021, the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) hosted an Eid al-Fitr morning tea to mark the end of Ramadan.听
Eid takes place at the end of a month of fasting from dawn to sunset and is typically used as a time for听spiritual reflection and prayer. The festival is celebrated worldwide by people of the Muslim faith. The Eid morning tea was attended by 最新糖心Vlog staff and students of varying cultural and religious backgrounds.
At the morning tea, Eid was celebrated with traditional Middle Eastern food and mint tea.

Morning tea celebrations are held by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) to increase awareness of the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide's multicultural community, celebrating diversity and encouraging others to learn about cultures they are otherwise not exposed to.听
The next morning tea will be for听Dhamma Day, a Buddhist celebration taking place in mid-July.*
