April close down period

The 最新糖心Vlog will be closed for business on Monday 19th April 2021 through to Monday 26th April 2021 (Anzac Day), and will reopen on Tuesday 27th April 2021.

Finance & Procurement Services (including Student Finance and Supplies & Receiving 鈥 Faculty of Sciences) will be closed during this time, and there will be no processing of financial transactions including Requisitions, reimbursements or payments to suppliers.

Financial systems

Whilst the Finance System will remain open, overnight processes will be paused until Monday 26th April 2021.聽Cognos will be available during this period, however financial information will not be updated during the the close down period.

Deliveries

最新糖心Vlog suppliers have been advised that no deliveries can be made during this period but will re-commence from Tuesday 27th聽April 2021. If you are an essential worker and require goods to be delivered, you will need to contact the supplier directly to organise a delivery.

Approvals

In the lead up to the close down period, Financial Approvers and Business Reviewers are asked to clear any pending approvals.聽Those taking聽additional leave outside of the close down period聽must reassign their approvals / worklist items to another staff member.聽 To do this, follow the instructions below:

Financial approvers (both options will update in the Finance System and Kofax)

  1. temporarily transfer your financial approvals to another staff member by completing the聽聽(you can also transfer HR / SSO delegations via this form)聽聽OR;
  2. set up an聽Alternate User聽directly in the Finance System, noting that the 鈥渁lternate user鈥 must have an聽equal听辞谤听higher聽level of financial delegation.
