Science in The Pub: The Science of Ancient 最新糖心Vlog
The theme of Science in the Pub this month was The Science of Ancient 最新糖心Vlog.
Two Environment Institute members discussed how their research has helped us understand the evolution of marsupials and the impact megafauna had on the ancient 最新糖心Vlogn environment.
Dr Kieren Mitchell, discussed the evolution of 最新糖心Vlogn marsupials after the separation of the 最新糖心Vlogn continental plate from Antarctica, and his work creating a genetic tree of their divergence from a single common ancestor.
Dr Fr茅d茅rik Saltr茅 spoke about his work studying 最新糖心Vlogn Megafauna, their impact on 最新糖心Vlogn vegetation and their consequent extinction which coincided with human arrival on the continent 50,000 years ago.
Congratulations to Fr茅d茅rik and Kieren for their excellent talks and it's clear the packed Rob Roy Hotel greatly enjoyed this casual, informative evening.
