James Muecke's message of support for students
×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn of the Year for 2020 Dr James Muecke AM, is the latest of our prominent alumni to send a message of support to students during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr Muecke, is a medical graduate (MBBS, 1988) and a Distinguished Alumnus of the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of Adelaide. He is also a Clinical Senior Lecturer in Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog.
He has made it his life's work to fight childhood blindness in low-income countries. His not-for-profit organisation has made significant steps towards eliminating blindness in Asia.
This message is thanks to the collaboration between the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog of Adelaide and Adelaide ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog Union (AUU) to help support students’ wellbeing during the global pandemic.
