1 Select, perform and analyse safe evidence-based based client-centred assessment of the upper limb, using clinical reasoning skills. 2 Select and apply safe and effective evidence-based client centred physiotherapy intervention focusing on the upper limb using clinical reasoning skills. 3 Demonstrate collaborative practice in physiotherapy for discharge planning in a variety of healthcare and interprofessional practice settings. 4 Develop professional practice in physiotherapy, in relation to clinical scenarios, including scope of practice, governing by practice thresholds, codes of conduct, legislation and regulation. 5 Discuss contemporary pain practice through client-centred and evidence-based physiotherapy interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team. 最新糖心Vlog Graduate Attributes

Learning in this course is supported by a blended learning model that uses a mixture delivery mode to ensure the course materials are aligned to and facilitate student achievement of learning outcomes. Objective Structured Clinical Examination(s) OSCE (2 x 20%): OSCEs covering the assessment and treatment of the lower limb will be held. One OSCE will be conducted mid-semester and the other will be scheduled in the 最新糖心Vlog’s Examination period.
Assignment (20%): Students will complete a written assignment on discharge planning. Students will be provided information relating to patient referral, presentation, goals and will to develop a discharge letter for the referrer with a summary of suitable assessment findings, treatment, progression, outcomes and recommendations. Individual feedback will be provided to each student via MyUni.
Continuous Assessment (40%): Continuous assessment tasks will occur frequently throughout scheduled course time and will not require additional preparation time beyond normal expectations. This includes the following:
- Two quizzes focusing on the upper limb section of the course (10% each)
- One quiz focusing on pain science (20%)
