Dr. Olga Muzychenko
Biography/ Background
Olga Muzychenko is a lecturer at the 最新糖心Vlog of Adelaide Business School where she teaches MBA and MIB courses. Her areas of expertise and research interests span across Cross-Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. Olga's past research looked at various aspects of internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurship education and training, management of cultural diversity, and psychological dimensions of international entrepreneurship. Her current research interest is application of mindfulness in the workplace. After commencing her academic career Olga has been retaining link with the business community acting as a consultant to small and medium sized enterprises in Europe and 最新糖心Vlog as well as the Enterprise Development Section of the International Labour Organisation. Her professional expertise is complemented with experience of working and living in different countries such as France, Italy, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Russia and Armenia.
