    You can call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You don’t need a referral, so you can make the call at a time that suits you. The counselling service is free (local call charges may apply).

    Professionally trained counsellors will listen and help you to develop strategies to manage what is causing you to feel stressed or overwhelmed.Ìý

    Standby- Support After Suicide is an ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn Government initiative, established in 2002 to meet the need for a coordinated community response to suicide. StandBy is ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog’s leading postvention program dedicated to the assisting people and communities impacted by suicide.

ÌýIt provides free information on anxiety disorders and depression, online therapy and brief courses. ÌýThese can either be self-guided or under the advice of a GP or mental health professional.Ìý

ÌýProvided by the ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlogn Department of Health, Head to Health brings together apps, online programs, online forums and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources. Ìý
